Do you accept returns on digital products?
No. All digital downloads are non‑refundable. Once a file is delivered, it cannot be returned or reversed, so all digital sales are final.
Can I return a physical product?
Yes — only if the item is unopened and still in its original packaging and condition. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
What if I opened the product?
Opened, used, or altered items cannot be returned to ThingsGoAround™. If the product is defective, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement or warranty service.
Who handles defective products?
Defects or malfunctions must be handled by the manufacturer, not ThingsGoAround™. We do not process returns for opened or used items.
What if my package was lost, stolen, or damaged?
Once your order leaves our facility, it is:
inspected
packaged securely
shipped in original condition
ThingsGoAround™ is not responsible for:
lost packages
stolen packages
carrier delays
damage caused during shipping
Customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping unopened items back to us.
